Mariana Brolezzi

Mariana Brolezzi is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as Vice President Compliance at AQR Capital Management since May 2021, focusing on legal and compliance tasks, including e-surveillance and client reporting. Previously, Mariana undertook a planned twenty-month sabbatical for travel before returning to AQR as a Compliance Associate, where responsibilities included organizing Investment Management Agreements. Before joining AQR, Mariana worked as a Paralegal at Ropes & Gray LLP and as a Lawyer at Credit Suisse, gaining extensive experience in hedge funds, investment fund formation, and corporate law. Mariana began the legal career as an Undergraduate Trainee at Pinheiro Guimarães, assisting with M&A transactions. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Financial Law from Fordham University and an LL.B. from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
