Matt Plastina

Matt Plastina has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Matt currently works at AQR Capital Management as the Treasurer and CFO of AQR Funds. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President and US Fund Treasury Team Leader at the same company.

Before joining AQR Capital Management, Plastina worked at J.P. Morgan as an Executive Director and Acting Treasurer and PFO. In this role, they oversaw various functions related to registered domestic and international fixed income products, money market funds, state pools, and commingled trust funds.

Earlier in their career, Plastina served as the President of DRSC, a travel and adventure company based in the Dominican Republic. Matt also held the position of Controller and Vice President at Legg Mason and worked at Citigroup as an AVP.

Plastina began their career in finance as a Senior Accountant at Dreyfus. Overall, their work experience spans several prestigious companies, showcasing their expertise and progression within the finance industry.

Matt Plastina attended Brooklyn College from 1989 to 1992. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
