Jose Carlos Flores-Molina Pontificia

Jose Carlos Flores Molina currently serves as the Executive Director of Instituto para la Calidad at PUCP, where responsibilities include overseeing training and consultancy in Quality Management and Process Improvement. In addition to this role, Jose holds several positions including Member of the Board of Directors at ASQ - World Headquarters, Region Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at the American Society for Quality, and Director of the Master's program in Quality Management and Management Systems at Escuela de Posgrado PUCP. As President of the Sociedad Nacional de Organismos Acreditados en Sistemas de Calidad, Jose leads initiatives within Peru's National Quality Infrastructure. With extensive teaching experience at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, focusing on Quality Control and Management, Jose's academic credentials include a PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Florida International University and an MSc in Quality Engineering from Newcastle University.
