Marc D. Berson

Marc D. Berson, PMP, CSSBB, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management strategy and performance improvement. Currently serving as a Principal and Management Strategy Solution Architect at the Logistics Management Institute since February 2020, Berson provides expertise and support for various client projects and internal initiatives. Additionally, as Chairman of the Government Division at ASQ since 2019, Berson leads efforts to enhance quality and performance in government sectors. A former President of Practical Management Envisioneering, LLC, Berson focused on service delivery and efficiency for multiple sectors. Other roles include Senior Fellow at The Performance Institute, Vice President of Operations at Vision Technologies, and Program Director at Grant Thornton, with a career spanning over three decades in project management and industrial engineering. Berson holds a Master's degree in Engineering Administration from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University.
