Dmitry Sadykov-Kadyrov

Dmitry Sadykov-Kadyrov is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in founding and leading various organizations. Currently serving as the Founder of Unitalents since April 2024, Dmitry also established UNICAP, an investment fund, in July 2012. Other significant roles include Founder of VODPROM, Vice President and Co-Founder of Culligan Eurasia, and President of the International Association of Aviation and Aerospace University Alumni. Dmitry has a strong foundation in environmental initiatives, having served as President and Founder of both the Eurasian Environmental Center and the Belarusian Ecological Center. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in the Exploitation of Aircraft and Engines from the National Aviation University, complemented by foundational education at the High School after General S. Rakhimov.
