Chandrashekar T V has a diverse range of work experience. Chandrashekar is currently the Business Head at Aqua Chill Systems India Pvt. Ltd. starting from 2023. Previously, they were the CEO and Founder of MeeHappy Wellness LLP, where they focused on delivering effective Employee Wellness Programs. Chandrashekar held the position from 2016 onwards. From 2021 to 2023, Chandrashekar was the Director of Institution & Govt. Business at In-Med Prognostics.

Before that, they served at Polixel Security Systems (P) Ltd., first as an Advisor for Strategy & Technology from 2015 to 2017, and then as the CEO from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, Chandrashekar had a role as the National Sales Manager at Schneider Electric from 2009 to 2011. Chandrashekar also served as the General Manager of Business Development & Strategy at Agilent Technologies from 2008 to 2009.

Chandrashekar's earlier career experiences include roles at Honeywell, where they worked as the National Sales Manager for Building Solutions Business Unit from 2001 to 2008. Chandrashekar also held the position of Regional Head for Honeywell Building Solutions from 2003 to 2007, as well as Area Sales Manager from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Chandrashekar has experience as a Sales Manager at Thermax Limited from 1996 to 2001, where they were responsible for sales in the Western Region Absorption Cooling Division.

Chandrashekar T V completed their education in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka Technical Board-CPC. Chandrashekar studied at this institution from 1991 to 1994.
