Shailesh Kini

Shailesh Kini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and account management within the HVAC industry. Currently serving as the Group Sales Head at Aqua Chill Systems India Pvt. Ltd. since July 2015, Shailesh has held various roles including HVAC Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Engineer. Prior to this, Shailesh worked as an HVAC Project Sales Engineer at Nikhil Comforts from October 2012 to June 2015. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, completed in 2012.
