Heather Schroeder

Heather Schroeder, PMP, currently serves as an Executive Partner at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since April 2020, previously providing executive assistance to Mike Dionne, Group Head of Sales – Americas in Data & Analytics. Prior to LSEG, Heather worked at Refinitiv as an Executive Assistant to Mike Dionne, Managing Director Americas, and served as an Executive Assistant at Finastra to the SVP, Head of America Community Markets. Between July 2013 and December 2017, Heather was a Senior Project Coordinator in IT at XPO Logistics, offering high-level confidential support to the Vice President of Freight IT. Earlier experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at ADP, managing extensive personnel and budget responsibilities, and an Executive Assistant position at American Steel, facilitating board meeting preparations and event logistics.
