Sonya Hinds

Sonya Hinds has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and strategic development. Sonya is currently the Chief People Officer at AQUA Dermatology since October 2021. Before this, they held the same position at Hayes Locums from January 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, Sonya worked as the Chief Administrative Officer at Interim HealthCare Inc. from April 2014 to November 2019, where they played a crucial role in transforming the HR department into a proactive business solutions environment. Sonya spent nearly 20 years at Randstad, starting as a Vice President of Human Resources in October 1995 and leaving in April 2014. During their time at Randstad, Sonya learned the importance of being a servant leader and developed valuable experiences. Sonya'scareer started as a Finance Administration personnel in the US Army, where they served honorably and was discharged in 1993, after the Gulf War. Additionally, Sonya served as a Branch Manager at Olsten from September 1993 to October 1995, where they managed payroll, finance, accounting, HR processes, and diversity initiatives.
