Karen Downs

Karen Downs is a seasoned training consultant with extensive experience in training management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Training Consultant at The CARA Group, Inc. since May 2013, Karen also holds the position of Manager of Training at State Collection Service, Inc. and Training Manager at Aqua Finance, Inc. since September 2009 and September 2008, respectively. In addition, Karen has worked as a Training Officer III for the State of Arizona and a Training Specialist/Fraud Control Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 1988. Between July 2001 and the present, Karen has been the Training Manager of Financial Services and International Offices at TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. Educational credentials include a Leadership Certificate from EALA Leadership Academy and a Certificate in Travel & Professionalism from Southeastern Academy.
