Jim Peterson

Jim Peterson has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Jim began their career in 1980 at KPMG, where they worked as a Supervising Senior Accountant. Jim then moved on to various roles at The Kraft Heinz Company, including Senior Director of Finance and Controller. In 2012, they joined Keurig Green Mountain as Vice President of Finance and CFO. Jim also worked as a Partner at Genoa Consulting LLC and served on the board of Ellison Bakery. From 2017 to 2022, Jim worked at Price Chopper Supermarkets-Market 32 as Executive Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer. Jim is currently in the role of Chief Financial Officer at Aqua-Leisure Recreation, LLC. Additionally, Jim has held board positions at Online Tech Stores LLC and The Vollrath Company.

Jim Peterson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they obtained between the years 1986 and 1988. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from Michigan State University, completing their studies from 1975 to 1980. In terms of certifications, they obtained the NACD Directorship Certified™ from the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) in November 2019. In 2014, they also achieved the status of Board Governance Fellow from the same institution. Additionally, Jim Peterson is a certified public accountant (CPA) from the AICPA, although their certification is currently inactive, and they obtained this qualification in 1982.
