Tim Botham

Tim Botham is the Managing Partner at Aqua Mergers + Acquisitions since July 2016, specializing in advisory services for high-tech and life-science companies. In addition, Tim serves as a Board Advisor for ScopeSys and has been the Chair of the Advisory Board for the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Simon Fraser University since 2019. Formerly, Tim held key positions at MDA as VP of Strategic Development, at LightHaus Logic as VP of Sales & Marketing, and at Ventyx as General Manager for the Asia Pacific region. Tim's earlier experience includes roles at MDSI and Spectrum Signal Processing, where responsibilities encompassed sales, marketing, and engineering. Tim holds a B.A.Sc. (Honours) in Engineering Science from Simon Fraser University.
