Sacha Kramer

Sacha Kramer has held various roles in the field of Human Resources. They started their career as a Human Resources Intern at The Roosevelt Hotel in 2007 and subsequently worked as a Customer Service Coordinator at Lancer Insurance Company from 2008 to 2011. Sacha then served as a Human Resources Intern at Allegria Hotel in 2010, followed by a position as a Human Resources/Finance Coordinator at Avero in 2011. They also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at thebigword in 2011. Sacha then gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at FIG & OLIVE Restaurants from 2014 to 2015. Their most recent position prior to the present year was as a Human Resources Director at The Plaza Hotel - CPS Events at The Plaza from 2015 to 2022. Currently, Sacha holds the role of Human Resources Director at Aqua Restaurant Group starting from 2022.

Sacha Kramer holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management & Labor Relations from New York Institute of Technology. They also have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Quinnipiac University, as well as a Certificate in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Star Career Academy.
