Fauve Smeets is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Aquablu since September 2025, where the focus is on promoting a plastic-free hydration lifestyle across the EU. As Community Lead for Customer Sessions since February 2025, Fauve fosters a local after-sales community for leaders. Previously, Fauve held key roles at Contentoo from November 2020 to September 2025, culminating as Head of Customer Success. Prior to that, a tenure at Marriott International spanned from August 2016 to November 2020, serving in various sales and customer management positions. Fauve holds a BBA in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Hotel Management School Maastricht and continues to enhance skills through ongoing education at EF Executive Language Institute.
