Alex Duran

Alex Duran has extensive work experience in various roles within the insurance and telematics industries. They started their career at Allstate in 2007, where they held positions as an Actuarial Assistant, Field Product Consultant, Assistant Actuary, Product Line Manager, and Field Product Manager. In 2019, they joined Arity as a Sales Engineer before transitioning to TrueMotion in 2020 as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are working at Cambridge Mobile Telematics as a Senior Program Manager, previously holding roles as a Principal Program Manager and Principal Program Manager II. Overall, Alex Duran has a strong background in program management, sales, and customer success within the insurance and telematics sectors.

Alex Duran obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Alex obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in December 2022.
