Ružica Jaćimović

Ružica Jaćimović is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and water resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator at the Aquaculture Stewardship Council since January 2022, Ružica has previously held significant roles as a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Advisor and Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator at the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy. As the owner of FlowNet, Ružica developed numerous monitoring tools and capacity-building initiatives from 2010 to 2021. Additional experience includes project management at IRCWASH and research roles at UNESCO-IHE and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, where Ružica contributed to the implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive in Serbia. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Water Resource Management from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education and a Dipl.Ing. in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Belgrade.
