Phil Walker

Phil Walker has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Phil currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Aquam Water Services Ltd since June 2020. Previously, they served as the Water Services Director at Aquam from July 2015 until their current role. During this time, they focused on implementing new technologies and practices to improve water quality, network issues, leakage, interruption to supply, and commercial revenue.

Before joining Aquam, Phil Walker owned and operated their own consulting company, Phil Walker Consulting Limited, from November 2012 to July 2015, where they served as the Director.

Prior to that, Phil worked at Thames Water from October 2009 to October 2012 as Head of Revenue, Sales to Cash collection, managing a substantial debt book and ensuring the delivery of £1.8 billion in cash each year. Phil also held the position of Head of Sales & Billing at Thames Water from July 2007 to September 2009, where they were responsible for revenue processes and achieved significant improvements in meter reading performance.

Before Thames Water, Phil worked at Lloyds TSB from January 1998 to March 2003 as an Area Senior Manager for Gloucestershire. In this role, they oversaw multiple retail and operational teams, consistently exceeding financial targets and customer experience expectations. Phil also implemented staff development and training programs, leading to the successful promotion of personnel into managerial positions.

Phil Walker attended ACIB from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained an associate degree in Banking/Finance from the Chartered Institute of Bankers. No information is available regarding any education before or after this period.
