Guy Spier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Guy is currently an Investor at Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Aquamarine Capital starting in 1995. Additionally, they have held various positions as an Investor at companies such as CARE Ratings Ltd. and Berkshire Hathaway. Spier has also been involved in advisory roles, such as being a member of the Advisory Board at WORLD.MINDS Foundation and Horasis. Guy has also served as Co-Host at TEDxZuriberg and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Swiss Friends of Oxford University. Guy Spier graduated from the University of Oxford in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. Guy also obtained a Certificate in German Studies from Heidelberg University in 1985. Later, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School in 1993.
