Assaf Melochna

Assaf Melochna is the President and Co-Founder of Aquant. Prior to Aquant, Assaf was the Director of Solution Consulting at ClickSoftware from January 2007 to November 2016. In this role, Assaf was responsible for managing teams of Solution Consultants and leading them through the end-to-end sales cycle from the RFP to closing the sale, including preparing and leading Demo’s and Proof of Concepts for the prospects. Assaf worked closely with the region sales management team to expedite the sales process in order to meet the regional sales quota of $70M.

During their time at ClickSoftware, Assaf made several key contributions that had a positive impact on the company. Assaf innovated a new thinking process framework for the company’s sales force (Account Executives and Solution Consultants) which was used successfully with many strategic opportunities and significantly improved the company’s win ratio. Additionally, Assaf initiated new pre-sale tools which allowed the company’s sales force to better differentiate and shorten sale cycles.

Assaf’s experience in successfully selling complex software solutions has been invaluable in their current role as President and Co-Founder of Aquant. Aquant is a software company that provides a SaaS platform that helps organizations manage their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data.

Assaf Melochna has a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
