Sylwia Drużdż

Sylwia Drużdż has over 8 years of work experience. Sylwia began their career in 2013 as an Internship at Ośrodek Badawczo-Rozwojowy Urządzeń Mechanicznych “OBRUM” sp. z o. o. In 2015, they joined Bostik as a Development Chemist and Development Technician. In 2020, they moved to Smithers as a Senior Scientist and Scientist. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Aquapak Polymers Ltd since 2023.

Sylwia Drużdż obtained their Engineer’s Degree in Nanotechnology and Materials Processes Technology from The Silesian University of Technology in 2014. Sylwia then went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Advanced Materials from Cranfield University in 2015, as well as a Master’s Degree in Nanotechnology and Materials Processes Technology from The Silesian University of Technology in 2015. Sylwia also completed a course in Mechanical Engineering at Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ) in 2012. Additionally, Sylwia Drużdż holds four certifications: a Level 1 Certificate in Exercise Nutrition from Precision Nutrition (obtained in June 2020), a Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Volleyball from 1st4sport Qualifications (obtained in October 2017), a Level 1 Award in Coaching Volleyball from 1st4sport Qualifications (obtained in July 2016), and a Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) from CrossFit, Inc. (obtained in August 2018).
