Heidi Birgitte Hansen

Heidi Birgitte Hansen possesses extensive experience in fermentation technology, with a career spanning several key positions in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving as a Process Technician at Aquaporin A/S since April 2017, Heidi specializes in the commissioning and production processes within fermentation facilities. Previously, at Novo Nordisk from September 2008 to March 2017, Heidi ensured the success of fermentation projects from start to finish in large plants, leveraging prior experience from Xellia Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included comprehensive process management and optimization. Heidi's career began at Nordisk Droge / Intervet as a Fermentation Technician, where vaccine production and aseptic laboratory tasks were key duties. Heidi holds a degree in Process Technology from Slagteriskolen i Roskilde, completed between 1985 and 1988.
