Nicola Michelon

Nicola Michelon has a diverse work experience, primarily in engineering and research roles. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Engineering at Aquaporin A/S starting in February 2021. Prior to that, from May 2019 to February 2021, Nicola worked as a Project Engineer at Think:Water Srl. Nicola also gained experience as a Product Manager at DAB Pumps from September 2018 to February 2019 and as a Product Specialist at CAREL from May 2017 to May 2018. Before transitioning into industry roles, Nicola worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at INSTM from January 2016 to August 2016 and at the University of Padova from January 2015 to December 2015.

Nicola Michelon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Padova in 2008. Nicola then pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering at the same university from 2006 to 2011. After completing their Master's, Nicola enrolled in a Phd program in Industrial Engineering at the Università degli Studi di Padova, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they also had the opportunity to be a visiting student at the Paul Sherrer Institut.
