Chantelle Workman

Chantelle Workman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chantelle began their career as a Social Researcher at Ipsos MORI in 2014. Chantelle then worked as a Sales Representative for Avon, where they focused on building customer relationships and using social media for product promotion. In 2016, Chantelle gained practical HR experience as an HR Assistant at WIS Group while studying for their MSc in HR Management.

Following this, they worked as an Employment Coach at Network Personnel, where they helped economically inactive clients overcome barriers and achieve sustained employment through training and support. Chantelle then took on the role of Bar Manager and Club Secretary at Islandmagee Football Club, where they managed staff, dealt with club affairs, and organized events.

Moving into the recruitment field, Chantelle worked at Randstad Inhouse as an Account Specialist, primarily focusing on managing Caterpillar's temporary workforce. Chantelle then joined Realtime Recruitment as a Specialist IT Recruiter, specializing in sourcing niche technologies and offering market insights to clients. Chantelle later became a Senior Specialist IT Recruiter at the same company.

In 2021, Chantelle worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Version 1 before transitioning to a Recruitment Executive role at ANGOKA in 2022. At ANGOKA, they focused on recruiting talent for their IoT security solutions, ensuring the protection of M2M communications in Smart Cities and Mobility.

Most recently, Chantelle started working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Data Intellect, a global company that builds and supports data-intensive systems for investment banks and hedge funds. Chantelle'srole involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the company.

Throughout their career, Chantelle has demonstrated strong skills in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, customer relations, and project management.

Chantelle Workman has a education history which includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Queen's University Belfast. Chantelle completed this degree from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued further education at Queen's University Belfast from 2016 to 2017, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management.
