Ken Zima

Ken Zima serves as the CIO-Director of Information Technology at Aquarion Water Company, overseeing IT project delivery and operational support for multiple divisions. With previous experience as a CIO at the City of New York, Ken provided leadership for IT division supporting social service activities. Prior to this, as a Director at Altria Group, Ken led a strategic outsourcing transition program with an external contract provider. Additionally, Ken managed IT teams at Merrill Lynch, Pepsi-Cola, and Manufacturers Hanover Trust, specializing in system implementations and operational support. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the State University of New York.
