Aquarium of the Pacific
Andrew Reitsma has a diverse range of work experience in the field of graphic design and web management. Andrew started their career as a digital imaging specialist at Photomation in 1998. From there, they worked as a web designer at FastTV.com and Hollywood.com in 2000 and 2001, respectively. Andrew then joined Jadi Communications as a graphic designer from 2001 to 2002. Reitsma worked as a graphic designer and web manager at the Aquarium of the Pacific from 2002 to 2017, before transitioning to the role of web director and graphic designer. In 2005, they also had a role as a graphic designer, web designer, and photographer at Qrux.com.
Andrew Reitsma attended California State University, Long Beach from 1986 to 1991. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus on Art/Photography.

Aquarium of the Pacific
The Aquarium of the Pacific, a non-profit institution, celebrates our planet’s largest and most diverse body of water: the Pacific Ocean. Home to more than 11,000 animals, the Aquarium explores the waters of Southern California and Baja, the Northern Pacific, and the Tropical Pacific. The Aquarium features hands-on discovery labs staffed by knowledgeable volunteers; the Lorikeet Forest aviary; its interactive Shark Lagoon; and the kiosk exhibit Whales: Voices in the Sea. The Ocean on the Edge gallery explores the ocean issues that are most pressing. A world of discovery awaits people of all ages, backgrounds, and interests. The Aquarium is open daily from 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. and is located at 100 Aquarium Way in Long Beach, California. General admission is $29.95 for adults (12+), $26.95 for seniors (60+), $17.95 for children (3-11), and free for children under 3 and Aquarium members.
