Jill Unze

Jill Unze currently serves as the Interim Executive Director at Leadership Long Beach, a position held since August 2019, where the organization has engaged over 1,800 alumni in its principled leadership programs to foster community involvement. Jill has a strong commitment to community service, volunteering at the Aquarium of the Pacific, LBFD CERT, and the Belmont Heights Community Association, where a board member role has also been undertaken. In prior professional roles, Jill was Vice President of Account Management at PAAMCO, overseeing data and systems related to account management, and worked extensively in project controls at Fluor. Earlier experience includes database administration at PAAMCO and a role as a Federal Labor Investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor, complemented by service in the Peace Corps focused on cooperative business development. Jill holds a degree from The University of New Mexico.
