Giel has thirty years of senior management experience, that has focused on operational and global sales organizations, a strategic thinker with a great emphasis on IP-driven business and value creation. Previously the managing director of the KETER PLASTICS hardware division turned the business from 24 Million dollars in 2011 to $300 M in 2018. Before Keter served as Chromagen's Israeli MD, Restructured and re-aligned the distribution channels of the company into four tiers, based on business volume. Gil was also involved in leading roles in Technoplast.
