Marco Simonetti

Marco Simonetti has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Marco began as an independent energy professional consultant, conducting feasibility studies, final designs, construction supervision, and comprehensive design of buildings. In 2007, they began working at Politecnico di Torino as an Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Adjunt professor, post-doc, and post Doc. In 2013, they co-founded and became a board member of Verde21 Srl. In 2014, they became the CTO of Euclide engineering. In 2017, they became a Visiting Associate Researcher at Princeton University and in 2019, they became a Visiting Research Scholar at the same institution. Marco is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Aquaseek.

Marco Simonetti received their Ph.D. in Energy Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino in 2007, and their M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from the same university in 2001.
