Mike Bhatnagar

Mike Bhatnagar is an experienced professional in the energy and oil & gas industry, currently serving as the Business Development Lead Upstream at Aquatech since July 2025. Previously, Mike held the position of Director of Sales Solutions and Business Development at Plug Power, focusing on business development for the Energy Transition market and large-scale Green Hydrogen Projects. Mike also served as General Manager for North & Latin America at Frames, where extensive experience was gained in generating regional projects and boosting order bookings. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development & Sales at NOV, leading growth strategies in energy and process technologies, and Senior Product Manager at SLB, managing the portfolio of Water Treatment products. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
