Rhett L. Coles

Rhett L. Coles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and design, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Aquatherm North America since March 2016. Rhett has held various roles within the company, including Director of Operations and Fabrication Drafting/Scan-To-Fab Manager, demonstrating a strong background in fabrication design and drafting. Additionally, Rhett taught AutoCAD as an Adjunct Professor at Utah Valley University in late 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a ski instructor at Sundance Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort, as well as sales and irrigation design at Standard Plumbing Supply. Rhett holds a Bachelor of Technology Management in Engineering Graphics and Design Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting Technology, both from Utah Valley University.
