Caroline Randazzo

Caroline Randazzo has worked in the Human Resources and Recruitment field since 2007. In 2007, they were a Project Manager for Special Olympics Chicago. From 2009 to 2011, they were an HR Generalist for Windy City Transportation. In 2011, they were an HR Associate (Contract Position) for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Business Partner: HR and Recruiting for KCG (formerly GETCO, LLC). During this time, they provided HR and Recruitment support for global Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Commodities, and Electronic Trading Group. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Director of Recruitment and HR for 3Red Partners. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Board Member for The Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence and the American Nystagmus Network. In 2020, they became the Head of Human Resources and Recruitment for Aquatic Capital Management.

Caroline Randazzo attended Loyola Academy, Marquette University, Northwestern University, and DePaul University. Caroline obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Marquette University, a Certification in Human Resources Management from Northwestern University in 2016, and a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources from DePaul University. In addition, Caroline has obtained certifications from SHRM, Stanford University, Northwestern University, and Coursera.
