Hafeeza Cashman (Chartered FCIPD)

Hafeeza Cashman (Chartered FCIPD) has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Hafeeza is currently working as an HR Director at Aquatic Capital Management since June 2023. Previously, they were the People Director at Menai Financial Group from July 2021 to June 2023. Hafeeza also worked as a Lead HR Consultant (Interim) at Throgmorton from January 2021 to July 2021.

Prior to that, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Sandaire (now Schroders LLP) from May 2019 to December 2020. Before joining Sandaire, Hafeeza worked as an Employee Relations Manager at BlackRock from October 2017 to May 2019.

Hafeeza's career began in 2005 when they held various HR roles at Swiss Re, Eversheds LLP, Jones Lang LaSalle, and PwC LLP. Hafeeza worked in these positions for over 12 years until October 2017.

Throughout their career, Hafeeza has gained extensive experience in various aspects of HR, including employee relations, consultancy, and leadership roles.

Hafeeza Cashman (Chartered FCIPD) obtained their BA (hons) degree in English Literature from the University of Kent, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Hafeeza then went on to pursue their MSc degree in Human Resources with Distinction at London South Bank University from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, Hafeeza obtained their Chartered MCIPD qualification in Human Resources from CIPD Qualifications. Recently, in 2021, they achieved the Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) qualification from CIPD Qualifications, further enhancing their expertise in the field of Human Resources.
