Laney Scala

Laney Scala has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Laney began as a Teacher Assistant at Early Childhood Development Lab UIUC in 2016, followed by Administrative Assistant at Wyndows Installation Corporation in 2017. In 2018, they took on the role of Marketing Intern at 8 Hospitality, followed by Office Coordinator at Kohli Properties Inc. in 2019. In 2020, they were a Human Resources Intern at PepsiCo, and then a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at AbbVie in 2021. Most recently, they are a Human Resources Associate at Aquatic Capital Management since 2022.

Laney Scala received their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2019. Laney then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from the same school, which they completed in 2020. In 2018, they studied abroad at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici. Laney Scala also attended Loyola Academy.
