Megan Reese

Megan Reese, MBA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience in strategic HR roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Nox Group since September 2025, Megan previously contributed to NPSG Global as an HR Business Partner I, where responsibilities included leading policy development and employee relations initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Prior HR roles included Human Resources Generalist and Specialist positions, as well as experience in recruiting and onboarding at Charon HRO. Megan began her career with roles in logistics, sales, and agriculture, also serving as a wildland firefighter during summer months. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
