Thomas Moreland

Business Development at Aquaveo

Thomas Moreland has worked in various roles since 1997. Thomas began their career at Brigham Young University as a Research Associate in the Environmental Modeling Research Laboratory (EMRL), where they managed the Surface-water Modeling System (SMS) software package and provided support for it. Thomas also managed students working on the software and/or using it for research. In 2001, they joined Aquaveo as a Business Development, Engineering Consultant, and Technical Support Supervisor, where they were responsible for supervising the Technical Support group and the Quality Control group. Finally, in 2004, they joined the Federal Highway Administration as an Engineering Course Instructor.

Thomas Moreland attended Moorpark College in 1994 and then transferred to Brigham Young University, where they earned a BS in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Economics in 2000.
