Kevin Kal has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Kevin started their career as a Warehouse Supervisor at UPS in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Packaging Operator at Anika Therapeutics and later as an Electronic Technician at Paragon Communications, where they diagnosed and repaired hardware issues.

In 2017, Kevin joined Onepath LLC as a Help Desk Technician, providing support to over 800 customers on networking and mobile support issues. Kevin also had experience with virtual servers and remote management systems.

From 2018 to 2020, Kevin worked at Contour Data Solutions as a System Administrator II. Kevin actively streamlined excessive alerts and duplicate tickets, deployed and maintained remote management tools, and managed O365 and Exchange.

In 2020, Kevin joined ZOLL Medical Corporation, starting as an End User Support Analyst and later becoming an End User Support Specialist. Kevin supported SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management, and worked with various tools and systems such as ServiceNow and Jira.

In 2022, Kevin joined Aqueduct Technologies, Inc. as a DataCenter Engineer, where they focus on delivering performance, availability, and security of critical applications and infrastructure. Kevin also provides effective communication and collaboration solutions for optimal end-user experience.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated proficiency in various technical skills and has consistently handled a significant volume of tickets and issues.

Kevin Kal attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology. In addition to their degree, Kevin has earned several certifications in various IT-related fields. These include the Jamf Certified Associate certification from Jamf, obtained in August 2021, the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in February 2021, and the KCA - Kaseya certified administrators certification from Kaseya, obtained in November 2018. Kevin also holds certifications from Intermedia, Veeam Software, VMware, LogicMonitor, Inc., and CompTIA, which were obtained in 2018, 2022, and 2017 respectively.
