Jen has held various titles such as Human Resources Director in Australia, APAC HR Director, and APAC HR Manager. Prior to their current role, Jen worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Recruitment Solutions. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a focus in Psychology, as well as a Post Graduate degree in Primary Education from the University of Cape Town. Jen completed their high school education at Westerford High School.
