Danielle Monk, MBA, currently serves as the Accounts Receivable Director at Aquent, managing a team of 17 across various departments, including Cash Applications and Collections for multiple regions. With extensive experience in payroll and billing management, Danielle has successfully led teams that provided critical support for payroll operations and billing processes, dramatically reducing outstanding billing discrepancies and enhancing service delivery. Prior to her current role, Danielle held positions in technical recruiting and office administration, showcasing a diverse skill set. Danielle holds an MBA in Finance from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Spanish minor from Portland State University, complemented by a certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
