During their time at Mojos Tacos, they increased average order size by 10% through upselling, operated the register, delivered food, cleaned the dining area, stocked items, and ensured customer satisfaction. At 319 Design, they removed and refinished kitchen cabinets and drawers, exceeded quota of cabinet production by 20%, and ensured product excellence through detail-oriented installation and touch-up process. At Costco Wholesale, they achieved the highest productivity levels among coworkers measured through item production by a margin of 75%, and maintained the highest overall cleaning scores in the department for the entirety of their employment.
