Carsten Henges

Carsten Henges has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Carsten began their career as a Team Captain at Chick-fil-A-Franchise in 2015, followed by a Service Clerk at Costco Wholesale in 2018. In 2021, they took on the role of Renovation Assistant at 319 Design, and in 2022 they began working as a Business Development Representative for both Aquera and Boomi. Most recently, they worked as a Server at Mojos Tacos in 2022. During their time at Mojos Tacos, they increased average order size by 10% through upselling, operated the register, delivered food, cleaned the dining area, stocked items, and ensured customer satisfaction. At 319 Design, they removed and refinished kitchen cabinets and drawers, exceeded quota of cabinet production by 20%, and ensured product excellence through detail-oriented installation and touch-up process. At Costco Wholesale, they achieved the highest productivity levels among coworkers measured through item production by a margin of 75%, and maintained the highest overall cleaning scores in the department for the entirety of their employment.

Carsten Henges attended Southeastern University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
