Jorge Palomino Blázquez received a Bachelor's degree in ITI Centrales y redes, specializing in power distribution and generation, from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid between 1995 and 2004. Jorge later pursued a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the same institution beginning in 2008. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UNIR, expected to be completed in 2023.
