Juan Ferre

Juan Ferre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in asset management and project execution within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Team Head of Technical Asset Management EMEA at Aquila Capital since July 2021, Juan previously held the position of EPCI Project Manager for Offshore Wind Cable Systems at Prysmian Powerlink, overseeing significant offshore wind farm projects with budgets ranging from 50-250 million euros. With a strong background in project management, Juan has also contributed to the development of procurement strategies in the UK and led initiatives to introduce project management culture across Southern Europe. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Engineer for high voltage energy transmission infrastructures at Red Eléctrica de España. Juan is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at IE Business School and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Málaga, along with international placements in South Korea and France.
