Max Sergelius

Max Sergelius is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in product legal matters. Currently serving as Team Head and previously as Manager at Aquila Capital since January 2020, Max transitioned from White & Case LLP, where work as an Associate took place from October 2017 to December 2019. Early legal training included roles as Referendar at Deutsche Bank and White & Case LLP, as well as a position as Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in Project & Structured Finance at Watson Farley & Williams. Max holds an Erste Juristische Staatsprüfung from the University of Hamburg with a focus on commercial and corporate law, and a Zweite Juristische Staatsprüfung from Oberlandesgericht Celle.
