Liam Kirwin

Liam Kirwin is a highly skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the nuclear and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Principal Mechanical Engineer at Cyclife Aquila Nuclear since July 2024, Liam previously held the role of Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at the same company from July 2022 to July 2024. Prior experience includes positions at Safran from June 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities encompassed leadership and engineering roles in the Rotating Machines department, contributing to new product introductions and R&D projects. Earlier in the career, Liam worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Intra Corporation from May 2014 to June 2019. Academically, Liam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Motorsport Technology from the University of Hertfordshire (2011-2014) and a National Diploma in Engineering from Oaklands College (2009-2011).
