Jason Gallagher

Jason Gallagher is an accomplished engineer with a robust background in mechanical and systems engineering. Currently serving as Lead Mechanical Engineer - Automation at Divergent since February 2019, Jason spearheads the development of innovative mechanical systems for automated assembly. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Systems Engineer and Senior R&D Engineer at MEASUREMENT ANALYSIS CORPORATION, where Jason contributed to mechanical systems development and led research projects. Previous positions encompass design engineering for aircraft control devices at Esterline Mason and structural design for the James Webb Space Telescope at Northrop Grumman Space Technology. An alumnus of Stanford University with a Master's in Aeronautics and Astronautics, Jason also holds degrees in Aeronautical Sciences and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Project Management Certificate from Caltech. Currently, Jason is furthering expertise in Robotic Systems Design and Engineering at UCLA Extension.
