Paulo Walendorff

Paulo Walendorff has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Trainee Universitário at PwC in 2005. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Gerdau in various roles, including IT Planning & Control / PMO and Trainee. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at TMSA - Tecnologia em Movimentação S/A as an Analista de Controladoria Sr. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Grupo RBS in roles such as HR Business Partner and Analista de RH Sr - Recrutamento e Seleção. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Promob Software Solutions as Gerente Corporativo de RH. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Agi in roles such as People & Culture Executive Manager, People and Culture Manager, and Performance and Compensation Leader. Currently, they are the Head of HR at Aquiris Game Studio.

Paulo Walendorff received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in 1999-2004. Paulo then attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for an MBA in Project Management from 2005-2006. Paulo also attended Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul for an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from 2007-2008. After that, they attended Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul for an MBE Executivo in Economics from 2013-2014. Finally, they attended Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul for a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Economics | Personnel Economics from 2015-2017.
