Jay Keating

Jay Keating has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Jay began their career in 1991 as an Information Systems Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve. In 1998, they moved to ManagedOps as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2001, they became Technical Program Manager at ManagedOps, where they managed R&D, application testing, operating system automation, and production of best practices documentation. In 2003, ManagedOps was acquired by Surebridge, where they became Systems Engineering and Development Manager. In 2004, Surebridge was acquired by Navisite, where they became Vice President of Managed Services. In 2008, they joined CSG International as Executive Director of Hosting and Application Management. In 2013, they moved to GreenPages Technology Solutions as Executive Vice President of Services and Senior Vice President of Service Delivery. In 2022, they founded High-Q Technology Partners and became Chief Operating Officer at Aquiva Labs.

Jay Keating holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from UNH Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Studies / Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University. Jay also holds certifications in CCSP, obtained in May 2018, and CISSP, obtained in December 2017 from (ISC)².
