Katsiaryna Kaushula

Katsiaryna Kaushula has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Katsiaryna began their career as a Marketing Specialist at STiM, Road Marking Machinery and Materials, where they were responsible for creating and modifying documents and graphics, developing high-quality employee benefits communication materials, evaluating customer satisfaction scores, and managing survey creation. Katsiaryna then moved to TRANSCONSULT BREST Ltd in 2017, where they worked as a Marketing Specialist and was responsible for conducting researches and monitorings, creating and modifying advertisements, full implementation of catalogs and brochures, brand identity creating and improving, coordinating and running showings for buyer clients, and communication with foreign suppliers and clients. In 2019, Katsiaryna joined VRP Consulting as a Project Manager, where they led a team of 10+ developers and QA managers, participated in all product life cycle stages, successfully managed several projects simultaneously, worked on the discovery phases, planned and showed POC demo to stakeholders, wrote documentation, handled and planned UAT sessions, and worked in the support team. Katsiaryna is currently employed at Aquiva Labs as a Project Manager.

Katsiaryna Kaushula obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Brest State Technical University between 2006 and 2011. Katsiaryna has also obtained several certifications, including a Fitness Instructor certification from REPs Polska in December 2022, a Lisenced Zumba Instructor certification from Zumba in September 2021, an Administrator certification from Salesforce in June 2021, and a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in June 2020.
