Don (Yao Tung) Huang has a diverse work experience in the fields of finance and mathematics. Don (Yao Tung) co-founded AQUMON in 2015, where they served as the Co-Founder & Chief Scientist. AQUMON is an investment advisory platform that offers intelligent and tailor-made portfolio management services. Don played a key role in securing A round funding and building partnerships with well-known investors.

In addition to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Don worked as a Co-founder and CIO at 强量研究资产管理, where they focused on investment management. Don (Yao Tung) also worked as a Lecturer and Visiting Scholar at HKUST, where they taught courses on Financial Mathematics and received above-average teaching evaluations. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at City University of Hong Kong, researching financial mathematics and stochastic control.

Don also gained experience as a Visiting Scholar at Imperial College London and worked as a Quant and Structurer at DBS Bank, where they collaborated with sales and traders to provide hedge and investment solutions. Don (Yao Tung) started their career as a conscripted serviceman in the Taiwan national defense department.

Don (Yao Tung) Huang completed their education in the field of Mathematics with a focus on Financial Mathematics, Stochastic Control, and Portfolio Optimization. Don (Yao Tung) earned a Master's degree in Mathematics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2008. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics from the same university, which they successfully completed in 2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications from the CFA Institute, passing both Level I (in 2006 December) and Level II (in 2007 June) of the CFA exams on their first attempt.
