ARI entstand 2013 aus der Vision von Kanton und Gemeinden, im Bereich eGovernment und Informatik gemeinsam vorzugehen. Durch die Koordination der Informatikentwicklung und die Bündelung von Kräften und Ressourcen kann ARI allen Kunden sichere, kostengünstige und dennoch innovative Lösung anbieten.
