Since 2010, AR Kitchen has been the premier culinary partner for the most innovative and impactful companies in the Bay Area and beyond.

Originally founded as Andro’s Rostilj and rebranded to AR Kitchen in 2025, we are built around a foundational chef-driven ethos: a core belief that culinary excellence unleashes human potential. Our globally-diverse team possesses hundreds of combined years of experience working in and with many of the world’s top-rated restaurants and hotels.

What truly sets us apart, however, is our unique operational structure as a Private Kitchen - working with each client to build the right services and execution model to fit their needs. This model allows us to reject a one-size-fits-all approach and instead act as a true, seamless extension of each partner company.

This deep integration means our chefs are part of your culture, giving them the freedom to create, adapt, and respond to your needs with unparalleled agility. It's this dedicated, expert hand that allows us to execute our ultimate belief: that elevated cuisine can transform a culture, foster genuine collaboration, and help shape a better world.
